Icaro Clou: beginners’ paramotor wing
Icaro have entered the powered paragliding scene with a new beginner-and-beyond paramotor wing, the Clou.
The company say it is solid and stable, easy to launch and with good pitch control and a wide speed range thanks to special motor risers with trimmers. It is ideal for school use and a relaxing wing for more experienced pilots to enjoy.
The Clou is certified LTF 1, according to the user manual, for non-powered flight, and is also certified by the European Academy for paramotor use.
It is available in Medium (takeoff weights 80kg-105kg without motor and 80kg-125kg with) and Large (100kg-125kg without motor; 100kg-139kg with) and in one colour, as pictured.
It has a three-year porosity guarantee and is delivered with Icaro’s rucksack, a speed system and either a windsock, T-shirt or hip bag.
